During the winter, Reed Bingham isn't too busy, at least during the week. Weekends may be full, especially if it's warm. We had no problem getting a site arriving on a Monday. Here we are on Site #10.

Date of visit: Mar 2006

The campground is a nice mix of open space and shade. Sites are large and private, with some pull-throughs. There are W/E(30A/cable TV hookups. It appears that cable is available only on sites 1-21.

You're in Verizon's Extended Network here, so only slow-speed cellphone internet access is available.

Here is an example of a well-shaded site on the left and a sunny, open site to the right. There is a total of 46 sites.

There are two bathhouses, one with laundry facilities. They are a bit dated inside, but very clean and offer hot showers.

There is a dump station for RV's.

Here is one of several picnic pavilions scattered through the park. There is also a boat launch.
A dam on the Little River has created the lake in the park. Looks like good fishing, and rental canoes are available.
Lots of activities abound, including a large playground for the kids and this miniature golf course.

There are several miles of hiking trails in the park, so you can get your daily exercise.
