It was pretty quiet here when we arrived the last week of October - only two other campers, so we had plenty of sites from which to choose. Here we are on site 27.

Date of visit: Oct 2011

Sites are large and generally well-separated from one another.  Sites are fairly sunny but some shade can be found at most.  These are sites 28, 26, and 25.

All the sites on the inside of the campground loop road are pull-throughs.  The water and electric posts for these sites are on the passengers side of your RV, so extension cords and hoses may be needed.  This is site 31.

Sites 33 and 32.

Sie 40 is one of the few with a ramada for relief from the hot sun of summer.

Site 53 is one of the larger sites, nicely shaded and quite private.
The bathhhouse was closed for the winter season. During the summer it provides free hot showers.

Unfortunately campsites in the Blanco CG do not have any view of the lake.  There is path down to the lake.  Water levels fluctuate as water is released as necessary to augment the flow of the Rio Grande River.
