No problem finding a site upon our Sunday afternoon arrival.  Here we are set up on site 28.

Date of visit: Apr 2010

Sites 29-33.

Sites 38-40 and 42-44 are among the 11 sites without hookups.

Sites 22-26 are just beyond the bathhouse.  It's pretty basic but offers hot showers; there are two bathhouses.  Near the campground entrance is a small canteen selling bait, licenses, and soda.

Sites 18-21 are among the nicer sites, having some large shade trees.

Sites 47-52 appear to be fairly recently renovated.  They are located across the camp road from the river.
Sites 13-17 are sunny sites on the riverbank.

Located near the entrance to the campground are sites 1-4.  Being closer to the highway bridge, you can hear some traffic noise.

Sites 58-60 are in the foreground of this overview of the campground.
This shows how sites overlook the river.  Sunset is early here, thanks to a tree-covered ridge beside the campground.

For boaters and fisherman there is a boat ramp and a small fishing dock.  Douglas Dam is just upstream.

The dam may release water at any time, so there is a warning system.
