The other big thing about Assateague are the supposedly wild horses that roam freely through the campground. This guy was ignoring the the directional arrow on the road. |

Assateague SP, MD
Assateague SP is located on Maryland's Eastern Shore a few miles south of Ocean City. Our visit was back in 1993, and I'm afraid I wasn't as careful about taking campground notes then as I am today. So I can't give many details, but I did want to share the pictures.
